We know how much we do for others, and we know other people think we're amazing... yet don't quite feel it as true because we know all our faults. We know intellectually that we're good at what we do, that we're beautiful... but we struggle to really experience it as true. We think we're not quite as good as we should be. What's most fascinating for me is that the most successful people I've worked with, despite knowing their worth and value to the world, still struggle to experience true love for themselves by themselves (ie. not through someone else loving them).

Here's a simple practice to fall in love with yourself a little more.
